Construction Projects Manager

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Deliver residential land development and civil construction projects from tender to completion

  • Manage contractors, budgets, schedules and project compliance

  • Prepare and review project scopes, tender packages, budgets and delivery forecasts

  • Lead and motivate consultants, contractors and suppliers to achieve successful outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations and contract requirements

  • Conduct regular site inspections and provide accurate financial and progress reporting

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency

  • Represent MAAS with integrity, professionalism and commitment to quality

About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction, Project Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, or similar

  • 10+ years’ experience in civil construction or residential development

  • Proven record delivering large-scale subdivision and infrastructure projects

  • Strong understanding of civil construction contracts (AS2124 / AS4000)

  • Skilled in interpreting civil drawings and managing complex project documentation

  • Confident communicator and relationship builder with a proactive, hands-on approach

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders

  • Willingness to travel across regional project locations
